EU Customers — Simplified VAT with IOSS
We’re pleased to share that we’re now part of the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. This system makes it easier and faster for EU customers to shop with us by handling VAT at the time of purchase. That means no surprise customs bills, no extra delivery delays, and no handling fees when your parcel arrives.
-
Orders below €150:
VAT will be added during checkout, so you won’t have to pay anything extra when your order is delivered. -
Orders over €150:
VAT isn’t charged at checkout for these orders. Instead, customs authorities will apply taxes and duties when your parcel reaches your country. Unfortunately, this is something we can’t control, and the customer is responsible for paying these charges.
If you’d like to avoid this, consider splitting your order into two or more purchases under €150 each.
Shipping to the USA
In the past, goods sent from the UK to the U.S. valued under $800 could enter duty-free. However, recent U.S. policy changes are affecting this arrangement for UK retailers:
-
10% Standard Tariff:
From April 5, 2025, most UK products shipped to the U.S. will carry a 10% import tariff.
We’ll be covering these additional charges
International Orders (Outside the EU and USA)
If you’re ordering from outside the EU or U.S., your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees once it reaches your destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient before the package can be released.
Because customs policies differ between countries, we can’t provide an exact estimate of these costs. If you’re unsure or need guidance, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’ll do our best to help clarify what to expect.
