Orders placed between 20th November and 22nd December 2021 will be eligible for return up to the 14th January

Refunds and exchanges can be accepted, provided the items are returned to us in perfect condition and unworn within 21 days (UK) and 30 days (International).*

For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchange can be accepted on knickers.

Please allow up to 7 working days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued.
