FAQ

1. Is it safe to order online?

We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details.

This means information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the even someone intercepts it.

 

2. What is your returns policy?

You can exchange or refund any unworn, unwashed items by mailing the item back to us within 28 day of purchase. Please ensure that items are in their original condition with a copy of the original invoice.

 

3. My payment has been declined?

Don't fret, this can happen for a number of reasons.

Firstly, please ensure that you've entered all your card details (e.g valid from / expiry date) correctly. Also check that the billing address is the same one to which your card is registered.

If the problem persists, please try another card. and if you are still having problems drop us an email at sales@luvahuva.co.uk

 

4. I have received a promotional code, how do I use it?

To use a promotion code on the Luva Huva website, simply add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once there, enter your promotion code exactly as you see it into the relevant Promotion code input box during the checkout process.

 

5. How do I cancel my order under the distance selling regulations?

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us, for a full refund including your postage costs. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to our Customer Services Team. You will need to return the order to us and we will refund the postage you pay to send it back to us. To cancel your order please contact us by email at sales@luvahuva.com. We will complete your refund including delivery costs within 30 days of receipt of the Order Cancellation.

 

6. Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, you can call us on 01273 775182 to place your order over the phone Mon-Fri 10am - 6pm (GMT).

 

7. Can I order custom sizes?

Yes, you can order custom sizes. Please email luvahuva@hotmail.com with your request. We may charge extra for this service, but more normally we do not need to.
